Prime + Vine originally made a name for itself by supplying premium ranch-raised cattle to a major national beef distributor. Once they began to recognize the outstanding quality of our beef, we decided to open our own shop to sell this prime beef ourselves. We now cut and offer the highest-grade beef available in Ohio. When it comes to superior taste and tenderness from locally sourced cattle, you simply can’t find a finer grade than Prime + Vine.

Our vision was to showcase elevated, intriguing wines at affordable price points. We offer tastings through our two state-of-the-art NAPA Technology wine-tasting machines. With the ability to sample tastes, half glasses or full pours from eight rotating selections, these innovative dispensers empower our customers to discover and explore new favorites before investing in a full bottle. First crack at pork chops from Prime + Vine in Evans Farm and Residents of Evans Farm. Glad to be able to buy great tasting meat from a local butcher. If you have not tried them you are missing out.

The locally raised wagyu beef here is the best beef I have cooked with. It comes out so tender + makes flavorful broth/roasts. It’s higher in anti-inflammatory omega 3s, as the cattle is raised well.

I would recommend everything that they have. We bought a package of beef and pork and all of it has been amazing especially the steaks. It is great to support a local place without all of the added stuff you get at a supermarket. The owners and butcher are so personal and are willing to work with you to get you what you are looking for. The steaks are amazing. We have tried the filet, ribeye and my strip and love them all.
